Privacy Policy

Redfield AB is an European AI consultancy dedicated to good data practices. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Topics

What data do we collect?

Redfield collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information: Name, email address, company name, and any specific details you provide within your message inquiry.
  • Technical Security Data: IP addresses and browser metadata processed specifically for bot detection and security purposes.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Redfield with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete our contact form or communicate with us via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser (specifically for security and anonymous analytics).

How will we use your data?

Redfield collects your data so that we can:

  • Respond to your inquiries and manage the consulting relationship.
  • Monitor website metrics to get insight on what our customers find interesting and try to identify technical issues within the website.

Note on AI Processing: We may use Local LLMs on our private hardware or Enterprise-grade LLM APIs to process your inquiry internally. Your data is never used to train these models. The response you receive to an inquiry is human-written.

Redfield does not share your data with partner companies for marketing purposes.

How do we store your data?

Redfield securely stores your data on our private, self-hosted infrastructure.

  • Contact Data: Stored in a self-hosted CRM.
  • Security: The website is run, and the metrics are stored, on Hetzner infrastructure, more specifically in the city of Nuremberg.

Redfield will keep your personal identification information for as long as we have an active business relationship or until you request its deletion. Once this period has expired, we delete your data by purging your record from our self-hosted CRM and database.

Marketing

Redfield does not currently send marketing emails or share data with third-party advertisers. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide an explicit opt-in mechanism.
